How the printed book works
You don't have to write every day to end up with a book. Whenever you're ready, Dear You turns whatever you've saved into a printed keepsake — built from your entries, in a few taps.
Printed books are launching soon.
From entries to a book, in four steps
- 1
Pick your date range
Every memory you've saved lives in your child's journal. Choose the stretch of time you want in the book — a month, a year, or everything you've got.
- 2
Choose a cover and title
Pick a cover image and give the book a title.
- 3
It fills itself in
The book auto-populates with every memory saved in that date range — no copying and pasting, no rebuilding it by hand.
- 4
Add anything extra
Want more in the book than what's already logged? Add pages for extra photos or stories before you order.
Choose your format
- Two sizes: Small Landscape (9 x 7 in) or Regular (11.69 x 8.27 in)
- Softcover or hardcover, on either size
- Page count is up to you — 24 pages minimum, no maximum
FAQ
